Ogh Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ogh, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Ogh.

Ogh is open-source software. Any open-source license included with the Ogh source code continues to apply to copying, modifying, and distributing that source code.

What Ogh provides

Ogh lets users broadcast video and audio from an Android camera or screen to YouTube, Twitch, and custom RTMP or RTMPS destinations. Media is encoded on the user's device and sent directly to destinations enabled by the user.

Ogh does not provide an Ogh account, hosted media relay, advertising service, or analytics service.

Connected accounts and third-party services

Connecting YouTube or Twitch is optional. When you connect a third-party account, your use of that service remains subject to the provider's own terms, policies, restrictions, and account requirements.

Ogh is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Google, YouTube, or Twitch. Third-party services may change, interrupt, restrict, or discontinue their APIs or streaming services at any time.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• the video, audio, metadata, and other content you broadcast;
• obtaining all permissions, licenses, and consents required for your broadcasts;
• complying with applicable laws and the rules of every streaming destination you use;
• keeping OAuth credentials, stream keys, devices, and connected accounts secure; and
• all activity performed using your device and connected accounts.

Acceptable use

You must not use Ogh to:

• violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
• broadcast content that you do not have the legal right to transmit;
• harass, exploit, deceive, impersonate, or harm another person;
• distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, networks, devices, or services; or
• interfere with or circumvent the security, access controls, or usage limits of a streaming provider.

Privacy and Google user data

The Ogh Privacy Policy explains how Ogh accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes user data, including data received through Google APIs.

Google authorization begins only when a user chooses to connect a YouTube account. Ogh uses the requested Google permission only to provide the YouTube features described on the Ogh homepage and in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

Ogh may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features may not work on every device, network, Android version, or third-party service. No particular level of availability, compatibility, streaming quality, or continued third-party access is guaranteed.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ogh is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, and availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ogh's developers and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, credentials, content, revenue, profits, broadcasts, or access to third-party services arising from or related to the use of Ogh.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability, so parts of these sections may not apply to you.

Stopping use

You may stop using Ogh at any time. You can disconnect provider accounts, clear Ogh's local app data, and uninstall the application. Third-party authorizations may also be revoked through the applicable provider's account settings.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when Ogh, applicable law, or third-party service requirements change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Ogh after an update means you accept the updated terms.
